It’s hard to focus and find the right words when you are being pulled in a thousand different directions every day. Yet, there is nothing more important to any project than effective communications.

My writing career began at 19, when I took my first newspaper job, working for a hometown paper. After working as a editor, reporter and photographer on newspapers in Nebraska and Iowa, I joined the communications office of the Illinois legislature.

During  my career, I have tackled every conceivable writing assignment. Everything from major public policy addresses to routine press releases. I’ve done it all.

Communications today requires integrating writing, editing and photography.  Everyone has a story to tell. Let me help you tell it in the most effective, compelling way possible. I’m just a phone call away: 217-414-8001.
